2. Age Requirements
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter in this agreement. If you do not meet these requirements you may not use or access our services. We are not responsible or liable for any false information provided.
3. Membership
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as required by any forms. Form fields deemed as "Optional" are entered at your sole discretion. You agree that you may need to provide more accurate and complete information previously unrequited about yourself if you are accepted as a clan member. Please use the contact form on our website to talk about issues with this. We can try to accomodate you as best as possible.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated, or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where we are hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts and submissions are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that we have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic or submission at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, we shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
We will never require payments from any registered users. We will often post public announcements requesting donations, however, you have no obligation to pay any fees. All money sent to the clan will be referred to as "Donations" and you agree that donations will be non-refundable after 72 hours (Hereinafter, "refund time period") of receiving the money. All refund requests must be sent through the contact form dated within the refund time period. Circumstances may allow for refunds after that date.
